Please note that we do not provide delivery services for all rentals. Clients are required to arrange pickup and drop-off through a courier of their choice. To ensure the props remains protected, all items must be protected or blanket-wrapped during transport.

In the event of any damage, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the item, as outlined in the rental agreement.

RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rental Duration & Pricing:

  • Rentals are charged on a daily rate basis.
  • Please select the number of days needed, and the total price will update accordingly.

Pickup & Drop-off:

  • We do not provide delivery services for rentals. Clients must arrange pickup and drop-off through a courier of their choice.
  • Pickup & drop-off times: 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Pickup location: 39 Walker St
  • Props must be properly secured or blanket-wrapped during transport.

Return Condition & Damage Policy:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as picked up.
  • Any damage, loss, or excessive wear will result in charges up to the full replacement value, as outlined in the rental agreement.

Late Returns & Fees:

  • Late returns will incur a 10% late fee per day based on the total rental cost.

Booking Confirmation & Cancellations:

  • Your rental is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • Cancellations or modifications require at least 24 hours' notice before the rental start time.
